    Where is MDMC on this page.
    Surely this is only part of the problem, not only are we short in RN’s but also LPN’s, CNA’s, Tech’s and HUC’s.
    We need to encourage everyone to fill out unsafe staffing .

    You are leaving off a very important piece of information, how many patients were on those units at that time. Was it low staffing for low need?
