      Thank-you so very much. Somebody ought to listen. He is so right about everthing he stated. Alot of us nurses do take this job home. We always wonder and think if out patients will be here tomorrow. They are so sick these days. If ONLY I had more time to spend with each patient this woulld be better than a 3% raise like REGIONS HOSPITAL is giving to their nurse in July. Where I work staffing is good, I cannot complain. It is the other floor nurses when it goes bad it does and I am here to support them. LOL
